Brandy Anderson of Fresh Sugar Photography in Calgary recently wrote a blog post titled “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me“. In the post she mentioned she’d “love to read” mine (yes mine, specifically. I’m kind of a big deal. LOL! kidding) so here it is for everyone to read!
oo1. I’m an open book (hence why this is NOT titled ‘Things you don’t know about me”. many of you will know a lot of these things).
oo2. I secretly wish someone would pay me to travel and critique my experiences.
oo3. In sixth grade band class I got my elbow stuck in my trumpet.
oo4. While cooking dinner, I am often belting something out and dancing like I think I’m Beyonce.
oo5. I’m almost a walking pregnancy encycolopedia.
oo6. I’m completely, entirely addicted to my cell phone and more specifically, Facebook. Like, 12-step program addicted.
oo7. I have a mouth like a trucker and am constantly monitoring what comes out.
oo8. I’m a blog stalker. I currently have 26 blogs on my RSS Feed and that’s the edited list.
oo9. My husband, Kyle, and I grew up down the street from each other. We didn’t meet until 2005 and when we did, he threw my shoes on the roof of a house.
o10. I feel like Grey’s is reality and that I live in that reality. I still mourn the loss of my good friend, Denny Duquette.
o11. My two year old, Carter, is a Type 1 Diabetic (his story) and it effects every aspect of my life.
o12. My two month old, Tucker, was famous before he was born. Google “CBC + Zimmermann” or “Red Deer Advocate + Zimmermann” and you’ll see why. NOTE: Read the WHOLE story, not just the eye-catching headlines.
o13. I have tattoos. Five to be exact. The sixth is coming soon.
o14. I’m socially retarded when speaking on the phone.

o16. I’ve never felt as old as when I rolled into the high school parking lot to meet a grad client, in said minivan…

o19. I’m slowly turning into my Dad. (behaviourally, not physically)

o21. I sang at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England.
o22. I still desperately want a daughter and as much as I say I won’t, I will probably try for a girl… and end up with a third boy.
o23. My favourite colour is orange.
o24. My first concert was Air Supply with my mom. I was 10.
